Guidelines for Authors Before Submission

  1. All respectable authors are advised to read our
    Author Guideline
    regarding Ethics and Plagiarism policy.
  2. IMTIC only accepts papers written in English. Papers written in any other language would not be entertained.
  3. Submission of abstract/papers should be regarded as a commitment such that, if accepted, at least one author of the paper will register and attend the conference; otherwise, their contribution will not be published.

Self-Check

Before submission, a self-check helps save time and improve the quality of submissions. Authors are encouraged to review their paper carefully before sending it to the conference.

  • Ensure the paper is relevant to the theme and scope of the conference.
  • Maintain high English language quality, correct spelling, and grammar.
  • Acknowledge all contributors properly.

Abstract Submission Process

  • Authors are encouraged to submit an abstract of not more than 250 words. It should summarize the paper’s goals, results, and conclusions, and include author details, affiliation, email, and keywords.
  • The submission link is provided on the conference website.
  • Use the official abstract template. You can download it here: Abstract Template.

After Abstract Acceptance

  1. Authors will be notified via email about the acceptance/rejection of their abstract.
  2. Selected authors will be asked to submit their full paper for peer review.
  3. Upon acceptance, authors must complete and submit the copyright form.
  4. Papers exceeding plagiarism limits will be rejected.
  5. Selected papers will be published in an HEC Recognized Journal. Authors may be asked to revise their paper as per journal requirements.
  6. Additional fees may apply for journal publication.

Final Paper Submission Process

  1. After successful peer review, the final paper and signed copyright transfer form must be submitted via email at [email protected].
  2. When submitting papers for 8th International Multi-Topic ICT Conference 2025 (IMTIC'25), submit an original editable file (.doc or .docx). All figures and tables should be embedded. Templates can be found here:
